Spindle Oil Chillers are used to maintain temperature of spindle oil which prevents the deformation of spindle, resulting in better surface finish and accuracy of components.Spindle oil chiller are used to maintain temperature of spindle oil which prevents the deformation of spindle, resulting in better surface and accuracy of the section. In order to avoid the malfunctioning , it is important to maintain the temperature of the spindles within specified limits, which ensuring the smooth functioning of the machine.

Our Spindle Chiller helps achieve these temperatures by re-circulating machine-compatible coolant through a cooling circuit within the cooler. They use the eco-friendly refrigerant R134a and contain inbuilt coolant tanks and re-circulating pumps. These chiller controllers are compact, mobile and based on microprocessors for their functionality.

Spindle Chillers: Now Standard on Most Vertical Machining Centers. The good news is that machine tool builders took notice. Spindle chillers have become a common item on the option list, with some of the more forward-looking builders making them standard on all machining centers above 10,000 rpm.

Spindle Chiller is a type of process chiller that uses oil as the coolant to reduce the temperature. Spindle Chiller circulates the oil in a closed or open circuit to extract the excessive heat from the machine so that the spindle can work under suitable temperature and ensure smooth operation.

he cooling medium used in the machine tool is the cutting fluid. Therefore, there should be an oil chiller can cool the cutting fluid. Chillers need to force oil around some of its internal components to provide lubrication and remove heat caused by friction.
